Most frequent questions and answers.

No! You can sign up on any day of the month and you will not be billed again until 30 days after you signed up. Your billing date will become the day that you signed up. For example: if you sign up on January 15th, you will not be billed again until February 15th.
There is no commitment. You can cancel at any time in your account settings and you will not be billed again.
Most classes are 15-30 minutes in length, however there are also classes that are 40-60min and +60 min in length.
No equipment necessary. Most of what you need can be found around the house. We often use yoga blocks, however you can use anything of similar size/utility that you have around the house. We also use 1-2 tennis balls in the classes (you can substitute for dog toys, balled up socks, or any other round object that you can squeeze.
No! Anyone with any level of experience can join at any time. We will all be in slightly different positions, working at different intensities depending on our background and our bodies. You will learn how to scale things up or down in the classes to meet your specific needs.
No! You choose the level of difficulty and intensity for each class. Each person will scale the intensity up/down as needed. There will always be modifications available for you
The simple answer is YES! One of the goals of mobility training is to improve the health and longevity of your joints. Training to build stronger, better functioning, more mobile joints that you can easily control makes you more efficient and resilient when partaking in any activities or sports that involve those joints.
